What is hpnicfPwVcIfIndex?
This Unsigned32, read-create, holds the ifIndex of the interface or virtual interface associated with this pseudowire, i.e. the attachment circuit. An admin sets it to bind the pseudowire's local endpoint to a specific physical or logical interface, and it must be specified along with hpnicfPwVcID/Type/PeerAddr/Mtu/CfgType when creating a new row. For example, setting hpnicfPwVcIfIndex to the ifIndex of a VLAN sub-interface attaches that sub-interface's traffic to this pseudowire.
