This RowStatus object manages the lifecycle of a cross-connect entry within a cross-connect group, indexed by group name and connection name, controlling creation and deletion of that specific cross-connect. Admins use it to add or remove individual cross-connects that bind attachment circuits to pseudowires within a group. An admin decommissioning a customer's L2VPN circuit would set this object to destroy(6) to remove the cross-connect entry.
