What is hpnicfL2vpnXcgAdminState?
This enumerated value sets the desired administrative state, adminUp or adminDown, of a cross-connect group used for VPWS Layer 2 VPN service. Admins use it to manually bring a cross-connect group up or take it out of service, though the description notes the column doesn't exist until the group has a connection. Setting it to adminDown(2) administratively shuts down a cross-connect group during planned maintenance without deleting its configuration.
