This RowStatus object controls the creation, modification, and deletion of a pseudowire class configuration table entry, and the description notes the row cannot be modified while its status is 'active'. Admins must first set the status away from active before changing other columns in the same row. To change a pseudowire class's control-word setting, an admin would need to take the row out of active status, make the edit, then set it back to active(1).
