This RowStatus object manages entries in a table of MAC addresses explicitly exempted from Layer-2 isolation, using the standard active/createAndGo/destroy row-management actions. An administrator adds a specific device's MAC address here when that device, such as a shared network printer, needs to stay reachable by other isolated hosts on the VLAN. For example, setting this to createAndGo(4) for a shared file server's MAC address keeps that server reachable even though the rest of the VLAN's hosts are isolated from each other.
