What is hpnicfHPEOCCnuPhy2Uni?
A byte-string mapping physical chip ports to logical UNI port numbers for switch-type CNUs, e.g. {0,1,2,3} meaning phy ports 0-3 map to UNI ports 1-4; not meaningful for gateway-type CNUs. Admins configure this when a CNU's physical port wiring doesn't match its logical UNI numbering by default.
