What is etherOutOneCollisions?
A counter of the number of outbound Ethernet frames that had to back off exactly once due to a collision before transmitting successfully. An admin expects a nonzero but modest value on a busy shared segment; a rapidly climbing count suggests high contention or a duplex mismatch.
