What is at2kbLEDControl?
Indicates whether the CAPS-LOCK LED on an attached AT/2-style keyboard is driven locally by the terminal firmware or remotely by the connected X client (as X LED 3). An admin would toggle this if an application expects to control the caps-lock indicator itself rather than have the terminal manage it independently.
