processIdx

Module: HP-UNIX

OID (symbolic): HP-UNIX::processIdx

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.4.2.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: Index for pstat() requests. SunOS - not implemented.

What is processIdx?

An index value used internally for pstat() requests when the agent queries process information (the source notes this is not implemented on SunOS). It's an implementation detail of the polling mechanism rather than something an admin interprets directly.
