What is ieee8023MacNoHeartBeatErrors?
A Counter of times the interface didn't detect the expected SQE 'heartbeat' signal after a transmission. This is a legacy 10Mbps transceiver diagnostic that would flag a missing or misconfigured heartbeat function on older Ethernet hardware.
