What is computerSystemSysCPU?
A Counter of CPU time consumed by the kernel/system, exposed via HP's Extensible SNMP Agent (not implemented on SunOS per the source). A rising rate here relative to computerSystemUserCPU can indicate heavy I/O or syscall overhead rather than application work.
