hrSystemDate

Module: HOST-RESOURCES-V2-MIB

OID (symbolic): HOST-RESOURCES-V2-MIB::hrSystemDate

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: DateAndTime

Access: read-write

Description: The host's notion of the local date and time of day.

What is hrSystemDate?

This read-write DateAndTime value is the host's own notion of local date and time. It's writable so a management station can set the host's clock via SNMP, though most environments prefer NTP and only read this value to spot-check clock drift.
