What is hrProcessorLoad?

This read-only percentage (0-100) reports the average, over the last minute, of how busy (non-idle) this specific CPU core has been. Admins poll this per-core value to spot an individual overloaded processor on a multi-CPU host, which a single system-wide load figure would mask.
