What is hrDeviceDescr?
This read-only string, up to 64 characters, gives a textual description of the device including its manufacturer, revision, and optionally serial number, e.g. 'Intel Xeon E5-2670 CPU'. Admins read it for hardware inventory without needing to log into the box directly.
