What is hrSystemMaxProcesses?

This object reports the maximum number of concurrent processes that the system can support; a value of zero indicates no fixed limit. Knowing this limit helps operators diagnose performance issues caused by process limit exhaustion. Administrators use this information to plan capacity and set appropriate resource alarms.
