Description: A unique value for each device contained by the host. The value for each device must remain constant at least from one re-initialization of the agent to the next re-initialization.

What is hrDeviceIndex?

A unique numeric index assigned to each hardware device on the host, kept stable across agent restarts, and used to correlate rows in the hrDeviceTable with the more specific processor, network, printer, or disk tables.
