What is hmArcManagerActionResult?
The outcome of the last ARC manager action, e.g. closedRing(3) meaning a ring topology was found and is ready to auto-configure, openRing(5) meaning the ring is open and can't be auto-configured, or configSuccessful(8)/configFailed(7) after a configureRing attempt. An admin polls this after triggering hmArcManagerAction to see whether the ring build succeeded.
