What is hm2AgentPortSecurityMACAddressMove?

This HmEnabledStatus write-object, when set to enable, converts all currently dynamically locked MAC addresses on a port into statically locked entries. Admins use this to freeze the current set of learned devices on a port into a permanent allow-list, and a subsequent GET always returns disable since the action is transient. After a new set of workstations has settled onto a port, an admin could set this to enable once to make those learned MACs persist across reboots as static entries.
