What is hmMgmtDiscCfgBlinking?

This read-write enumerated value turns the device's HiDiscovery LED blinking, or locator, sequence on or off. Admins use it to make a specific physical device blink its LEDs, helping them visually locate a unit in a rack or wiring closet among many similar-looking devices; the setting is not persisted across reboots. For example, an admin unsure which switch in a crowded rack corresponds to a discovered IP address would set hmMgmtDiscCfgBlinking to enable(1) to make that unit's LEDs flash for identification.
