What is hh3cVsiMode?

This selects the signaling/service mode of the VSI: martini (VPLS over LDP signaling), kompella (VPLS over BGP signaling), minm (MAC-in-MAC), or a combination of martini/kompella with minm. An admin sets this when provisioning the VSI to match the signaling protocol used by the rest of the VPLS network, since choosing kompella vs martini determines whether BGP or LDP is used to set up pseudowires for this instance. For instance, setting hh3cVsiMode to kompella(4) configures the VSI to establish its VPLS pseudowires via BGP rather than LDP.
