What is hh3cVsiId?
This is the VSI identifier used in martini or martiniAndMinm mode, defaulting to the pseudowire (PW) ID of the VSI, with valid values from 1 to 4294967295. Admins use this value to identify the pseudowire underpinning the VPLS service when the VSI runs in LDP-signaled martini mode; in modes that don't use martini signaling, it holds an invalid value of 0. For example, a VSI configured with hh3cVsiId set to 100 would use PW ID 100 when establishing its LDP-signaled pseudowires to remote peers.
