What is hh3cVoiceIfCfgTimerDialInterval?

Sets the interval, in seconds, allowed between dialing two consecutive digits on FXO, FXS, E&M, or loop/ground-start E1/T1 lines. Admins adjust this to accommodate slower dialing patterns, like manual dialing, without the device timing out mid-number, or shorten it to speed up call setup detection. Raising hh3cVoiceIfCfgTimerDialInterval above the default 10 seconds would prevent the port from cutting off a call attempt when a caller pauses briefly between digits.
