Since one trap can report on more than one MAC learn or removal event at once, this count tells the receiving management station how many cells to parse out of the accompanying hh3cMACInfoTrapMsg payload. For example, a value of 5 here means the associated trap's message field contains five separate MAC-change records to decode.
