What is hh3cL2tpSessionRate?
This reports the number of new L2TP sessions the device established during the one-second period immediately before this query. An admin watches this rate metric to catch sudden bursts of session creation, which could reflect normal peak usage or, if unusually high, a potential issue like connection flapping or abuse. A rate of 8 means eight new L2TP sessions were set up in the second right before the poll.
