Description: Configure the tolerance level. During dynamic frequency selection (DFS), the channel will be changed only if there is a better channel having lesser interference and packet error rate than those specified by the user.

Sets the tolerance percentage (15-45, default 20) used during dynamic frequency selection: a candidate channel is only switched to if it beats the current channel's interference and packet-error rate by more than this margin, preventing channel flapping over marginal gains.
