Description: Enable or disable ARP source suppression function.

What is hh3cARPSourceSuppressionEnable?

This TruthValue setting turns ARP source suppression on or off on an HH3C (H3C's rebranded/OEM line) device, protecting the device's CPU and ARP table by limiting how many unresolved ARP packets from a single source it will keep processing, guarding against ARP-flood style attacks or misbehaving hosts. A network administrator enables this feature in environments prone to ARP scanning or spoofing, so no single host can overwhelm the device's ARP handling. This setting works in tandem with hh3cARPSourceSuppressionLimit, which defines exactly how many such packets per source are tolerated before suppression begins.
