What is hcAlarmStorageType?

This indicates the type of non-volatile storage backing this alarm entry, such as volatile or permanent. Admins set it to permanent when they want the alarm, including its rising and falling event index configuration, to survive an agent restart rather than disappearing. An alarm entry created by a monitoring script with a volatile storage type will be lost if the device reboots, requiring the script to recreate it.
