What is h3cVxlanSourceAddr?
This value is the source address the local VTEP uses when originating multicast traffic for a given VXLAN's BUM replication. An admin sets it to the device's own reachable tunnel-source address, typically a loopback interface, so that multicast-based replication packets are correctly sourced and routable to other VTEPs. For example, an admin might set this to a loopback address like 10.0.0.1 so remote VTEPs can reply along the correct underlay path.
