Description: Status of the physical port that is bound to a PEX port. The following are status values: unknown: The physical port is not bound to any PEX port. down: The physical port is link down. blocked: The physical port is blocked and cannot forward traffic. forwarding: The physical port can forwarding traffic.

What is h3cPexPhyPortStatus?

This read-only enumeration reports the state of a physical port with respect to PEX binding: unknown means it isn't bound to any PEX port, down means it's link-down, blocked means it's bound but not forwarding traffic, and forwarding means it's actively passing traffic for its PEX port. Admins check this to diagnose why a physical port bound to a PEX isn't carrying traffic, distinguishing a cabling problem (down) from a loop-prevention block (blocked). For example, seeing blocked(3) on a port that should be active might prompt an admin to check for a redundancy-related block on that PEX uplink.
