This RowStatus object controls the creation, activation, and deletion of a static MAC address entry, and once a row is active, none of its other columns can be modified by the agent. Administrators use it to provision or remove manually configured MAC-to-tunnel mappings for NVGRE overlay traffic. For example, an admin retiring a statically mapped server would set this object to destroy to remove the static MAC entry once that server is decommissioned.
