This RowStatus object controls the creation, activation, and deletion of an NVGRE table entry, and once a row is active, none of its other columns can be modified by the agent. Administrators use it to provision new NVGRE networks or remove existing ones, and must first set an active row back to notInService before changing any of its other settings. For example, an admin needing to change a VSI mapping on an existing NVGRE entry would first set this to notInService, make the change, then set it back to active.
