Description: This is the ip address mask of the local network element.
What is h3cIpRanDcnMask?
Holds the subnet mask associated with the local network element's IP address. Combined with h3cIpRanDcnNeIp, it lets an admin determine the local NE's subnet boundaries within the data communication network. For example, a mask of 255.255.255.0 paired with the NE's IP tells the admin which other addresses fall on the same local DCN segment.
