Description: h3cHPEOCBitPerSymbol returns all the bits per symbol on the fixed frequency. Each 4 bits stand for one value, all the values picking-up will make up a cable bit map.
What is h3cHPEOCBitPerSymbol?
Returns the per-carrier bit-loading map for the cable line at a fixed frequency, packed 4 bits per carrier value; this is a diagnostic bitmap rather than a simple counter, used by advanced troubleshooting tools to visualize which frequency carriers on the coax line are weak.
