What is failedCalls?
This counter reports the total number of calls that have failed on the device server since its last uptime. An admin tracks it to spot call-setup or routing problems, especially when it rises faster than succeededCalls. For example, a sudden spike in this counter could indicate a failing trunk or misconfigured dial plan.
