gwTeIndex
Module: GW-MIB
OID (symbolic): GW-MIB::gwTeIndex
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.429.1.18.1.1.1.1
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
Description: A unique index identifying the Gateway Card to which the trap enable objects pertain.
What is gwTeIndex?
This integer is the unique index identifying a particular Gateway Card that the row of trap-enable objects in this table pertains to. Admins use it to distinguish trap and event configuration between multiple gateway cards installed in the same chassis. A card in slot 3 might be indexed as gwTeIndex 3, letting an NMS map its trap settings to that specific card.
