Controls whether this VLAN is enabled for Layer 3 routing via RowStatus: active(1) means the VLAN is currently routed, createAndGo(4) adds a new VLAN entry for routing, and destroy(6) removes it. An admin turning a VLAN into a routed interface would createAndGo a row here rather than toggling a simple flag.
