What is aclIfStatus?

This read-create RowStatus governs assigning or removing an ACL from a specific interface and traffic direction. An admin sets this to createAndGo to bind an already-defined ACL index to a given interface/direction pair, or to destroy to unbind it without deleting the ACL's own rules. For example, setting aclIfStatus to createAndGo for a given aclIndex/aclIfIndex/inbound combination applies that ACL's rules to inbound traffic on that interface.
