Description: This field allows to activate or desactivate the Sdh throughput reservation feature.
What is qosBwREnable?
Enables or disables the SDH throughput reservation (bandwidth reservation) feature for a QoS profile, per its DESCRIPTION. When enabled, the min/max bandwidth ratios configured per class in cosBwRRatioMin/cosBwRRatioMax actually take effect.
