Reports the active failure type on this GFP port's channel: none(0), oofd(1) Out Of Frame Delineation, lofd(2) Loss Of Frame Delineation, or fdsc(3) Frame Delineation State Change, per its DESCRIPTION. This is the field to check first when gfpMonitor is enabled and an alarm has fired.
