What is cosHCOutPkts?
A 64-bit counter of packets transmitted out of the WAN interface belonging to this Class of Service, per its DESCRIPTION (the packet-count counterpart to cosHCOutOctets). Compared with cosHCInPkts to see the packet-level in/out balance for this class.
