What is cosHCInCCDiscards?
A 64-bit counter of packets in this Class of Service that were discarded by RED/WRED or bandwidth reservation to prevent congestion, per its DESCRIPTION. A rising value here, unlike the interface-wide qosHCInCCDiscardsGe/Wan counters, isolates congestion drops to this one specific traffic class.
