Description: A TLV encoded information string for the VLAN interface. The information contained within this string corresponds to VLAN information not contained within this table, but contained elsewhere within this MIB module. The purpose of this string is to provide an NMS with a quick read mechanism of all related VLAN interface information.
The encoding rules are defined according to:
tag = 2 bytes length = 2 bytes value = n bytes

What is a3ComVlanIfInfo?
This read-only OCTET STRING is a TLV-encoded summary of VLAN interface information not otherwise present in this table, such as the IP network address and mask (tags 1 and 2) of an associated IP VLAN. An NMS reads this single object to quickly retrieve related VLAN details, such as its IP address configuration, without querying multiple separate tables. A TLV entry with tag 1 in this string encodes the a3ComIpVlanIpNetAddress value for this VLAN interface, letting an NMS extract the IP network address in a single read.
