Description: A TLV encoded information string for the VLAN interface. The information contained within this string corresponds to VLAN information not contained within this table, but contained elsewhere within this MIB module. The purpose of this string is to provide an NMS with a quick read mechanism of all related VLAN interface information.
The encoding rules are defined according to:
tag = 2 bytes length = 2 bytes value = n bytes

What is a3ComVlanIfInfo?
This read-only object is a TLV (tag-length-value) encoded octet string that bundles VLAN-related information from elsewhere in this MIB — currently the IP network address and mask of an associated IP VLAN — into one compact read. It exists so an NMS can retrieve related VLAN configuration in a single GET instead of walking multiple tables, per the tag scheme the MIB defines: tag 1 for IP net address, tag 2 for IP net mask. An NMS polling a3ComVlanIfInfo for an IP VLAN interface would parse out the tag-1 TLV to recover its a3ComIpVlanIpNetAddress without a separate query to the a3ComIpVlanTable.
