Octet 6 contains the slot number of the fallback LTU responsible for providing the shelf clock.

Octet 7 contains the line number of the fallback LTU responsible for providing the shelf clock.

What is sc5000ShelfClocks?

This field encodes the slot, line, and timing-source type for both the primary and fallback LTUs providing the shelf clock, with source types including internal, network, external, cascade, and station. Admins use this detailed record to verify exactly which cards and timing sources are configured for primary versus fallback clocking. For example, a value of 2 in the primary timing-source octet would show the primary LTU is deriving its clock from a network timing source rather than an internal oscillator.
