sc5000HighwayAllocation
Module: GDCSC5K-MIB
OID (symbolic): GDCSC5K-MIB::sc5000HighwayAllocation
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.498.3.2.4.1.1.2
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: OCTET STRING
Access: read-write
Description: There are 3 Octets per Time Slot. Octets 1,2,3 are representative of Time Slot 1, Octets 4,5,6 are representative of Time Slot 2, etc. In each grouping, the first octet indicates the shelf slot (1-32) to which the time slot has been assigned. The second octet indicates the line (1-4) to which the time slot has been assigned. The third octet defines the allocation for the time slot. The values are as follows: 1 = available 2 = not available 3 = Private Line (DSE Data) 4 = SN/Restoral (DBU data) If a time slot has not been assigned then the grouping is 00:00:01
What is sc5000HighwayAllocation?
This field encodes, in groups of 3 octets per time slot, the shelf slot, line, and allocation type, such as available, private line, or restoral, assigned to each time slot on this highway. Admins use it to see exactly how each DS0 time slot on a highway has been assigned across the shelf's cards. For example, a grouping of slot 5, line 1, type 3 would show time slot 1 assigned to the card in slot 5, line 1, allocated as a Private Line.
