What is procNumFailures?

This value is a running count of how many times this managed process has crashed or exited unexpectedly. An admin uses this counter to spot a flapping or unstable process before repeated crashes escalate into a full service outage. For example, a procNumFailures count that keeps incrementing for the same process points to an underlying software fault that needs escalation to support.
