Description: The priority of the Bridge recorded as the Root in the Configuration BPDUs transmitted by the Designated Bridge for the segment to which the port is connected. This is a 4-bit value included along with 12-bit of designated_root_mac as Root Bridge Identifier.

Note: the source MIB's DESCRIPTION text for this object is copy-pasted from the CIST regional-root-id field and describes a Root Bridge Identifier concept, but based on the object's own name it reports the priority portion of this MSTP instance's regional root bridge identifier -- paired with the MAC value in mstpBridgeStatusRegionalRootMac.
