Description: When set to LOCAL a loss of input signal will not affect another port. When set to PERCOLATE, a loss of signal will turn off the transmitter of the currently associated port.
What is x2gConfigLossOfSignalHandling?
Determines what happens elsewhere on the X2G module when one port loses its input signal: LOCAL confines the fault to that port, while PERCOLATE also shuts off the transmitter of the port it is cross-connected to, propagating the fault so the far end also sees a clean loss-of-signal.
