Description: When set to LOCAL a loss of input signal will not affect another port. When set to PERCOLATE, a loss of signal will turn off the transmitter of the other port.
What is cxgConfigLossOfSignalHandling?
Determines what happens elsewhere on the CXG module when one port loses its input signal: LOCAL confines the fault to that port, while PERCOLATE also shuts off the transmitter of the other port, propagating the fault so the far end also sees a clean loss-of-signal.
