What is vcShmem3CLP1TxCells?
This counter tracks the number of ATM cells with CLP (Cell Loss Priority) bit set to 1 that were successfully transmitted on a specific ATM virtual channel connection. The CLP bit marks lower-priority cells that can be dropped during congestion. Network administrators monitor this to track the volume of discardable traffic on each connection and to assess congestion handling behavior.
